When stored in the refrigerator, our Protein Packs stay fresh for 1 week, the expiry date is mentioned on the back of each Protein Pack. For extended storage options, you can freeze the Protein Packs, where they remain fresh for up to 1 month.

We currently do not have a pick up location so all the deliveries are done for free in the given delivery radius.

Absolutely! Our dedicated delivery drivers are committed to providing a seamless and contactless delivery experience. They will leave your order at your designated location, be it your doorstep or preferred spot, and to offer further peace of mind, they will even send you a picture as confirmation of delivery.

To ensure a timely delivery, we kindly request that you place your order before 6pm on Thursday. By doing so, you can expect to receive your order the following Sunday, conveniently scheduled between 10am and 2pm.

To cancel your subscription you can simply follow the steps below: Log in to BergFit. Click your member profile at the top of the site. Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu. Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan. Click Cancel Subscription. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm.
