So much so that we decided to share our secret recipe and let you try out making it for your self!

1.To make a healthy version of chicken korma, start by choosing a lean cut of chicken, such as boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Trim any visible fat and cut the chicken into cubes.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil, such as coconut or olive oil.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter) or oil and heat until it’s hot. Add in a finely chopped onion and cook until it’s translucent, about 5 minutes. Add in a tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for another minute. Next, add in a teaspoon of ground ginger and a teaspoon of ground coriander.

5. Cook for about a minute and then add in a tablespoon of garam masala and a teaspoon of cumin.

6. Cook for another minute and then add in a can of diced tomatoes and stir to combine.

7. Once the tomatoes are heated through, add in the cooked chicken cubes and stir to combine. Add in a cup of plain yogurt and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Once the korma is done, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the chicken korma with steamed white rice and some fresh cilantro for garnish. Enjoy!
